This AcceptableUsePolicy(“Policy”)governs how users (“you”, “your”, or “User”) may access and use the AcrobuildPlatform, including its web application, mobile app, APIs, integrations, and related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”), owned and operated by BharatNestProptechPrivateLimited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at:

By accessing or using Acrobuild, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may lead to suspension, restriction, or termination of access as per our Terms C Conditions.

1. Purpose

This Policy aims to:

• Ensurefair, lawful, and responsible use of the Acrobuild
• Preventabuse, misuse, or damage to the Platform, its data, and its 
• ProtectBharatNest’s intellectual property, reputation, and 
• Maintainsystem integrity, privacy, and security for all users and

You may use Acrobuild solely for legitimate realestatebusinessoperations, including:

• Managingleads, projects, customers, bookings, and 
• UsingAI-driven analytics, reporting, and 

• Accessing integrations and modules provided by BharatNest for internal business
• Usingthe SuperApp for post-sales communication and property 

Your use must strictly comply with applicable Indianlaws, including but not limited to:

• TheCopyrightAct,1G57and TrademarksAct,1GGG

3. ProhibitedActivities

You shall notengage in, encourage, or authorize others to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:

3.1 PlatformMisuse

• Attemptingto gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or 
• Sharinglogin credentials, passwords, or multi-user access 
• Circumventingsecurity controls, session limits, or access 
• Usingbots, crawlers, or scripts to access or scrape data from the 
• Attemptingto reverse engineer, decompile, or copy Acrobuild’s source code or

architecture.

• Usingthe Platform for benchmarking, duplication, or development of a competing

3.2 DataMisuse

• Uploading,transmitting, or storing unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringing 
• Insertingdata unrelated to the Client’s legitimate business operations (e.g.,

personal data of third parties, sensitive non-business information).

• Exporting,reselling, or redistributing Platform data to third parties without written

• UsingClient Data or platform information for unsolicited marketing, spam, or external solicitation.

3.3 AIsAnalyticsMisuse

• Tamperingwith, disabling, or manipulating AI analytics, predictive models, or data
• Feeding false, misleading,or fabricated data to distort system performance or
• UsingAI outputs or insights for unlawful profiling, discrimination, or misuse of personal 
• Attemptingto extract proprietary AI algorithms, configurations, or 

3.4 IntegrationssAPIMisuse

• UsingAPIs or third-party integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, email, telephony, payments) in violation of their respective policies.
• Sending bulkmessages, spam, or automated content without 
• Interferingwith third-party services connected to Acrobuild or exceeding rate 
• SharingAPI keys or tokens with unauthorized systems or

• Posting, storing,or sharing content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, violent, obscene, or discriminatory.
• Misrepresentingidentity, affiliation, or authorization within the

• Engagingin fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical business practices using

1. Users must adhere to fair usage standards to prevent excessive resource consumption that impacts others.
2. BharatNestmay throttle, limit, or suspend accounts exhibiting abnormal usage patterns (e.g., excessive API calls, data exports, or simultaneous logins).

8. NoWarrantyandLimitationofLiability

1. BharatNest providesreasonable safeguards and monitoring; however, we make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free use.
2. The Company shall not be liable forany data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from user misconduct or unauthorized access.
3. TheClient acknowledges that compliance with this Policy is a condition of continued access to the Platform.

G.EnforcementandConsequences

Violation of this Policy may lead to one or more of the following actions:

• Immediatesuspension or termination of 
• Legal actionor injunction to prevent further 
• Recoveryof damages, costs, and legal fees incurred by 
• Reporting of illegal activitiesto government or enforcement 

10. ChangestothisPolicy

We may revise or update this Policy periodically.

Revisions will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Acrobuild after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
